Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone, and we treat that as ongoing work rather than a finished task.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means the site can be navigated entirely by keyboard, images carry descriptive alternative text, headings follow a logical order, colour contrast is checked against the standard, and text can be enlarged through your browser without breaking the layout.

We test with screen readers and review new pages before they go live. Some older content may not yet meet the standard; where we find gaps we fix them.

If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We treat these reports as priority work and reply within two business days.
